Monument Avenue Association (HMA) sought to modernize its online presence with a brochure website redesign to better serve and engage its community. The new site needed to reflect the historic significance of Monument Avenue while providing clear, accessible information about the Association's mission, activities, and resources. V4 Development was chosen to undertake this project, using WordPress CMS to create a dynamic, user-friendly platform.

Website Redesign Highlights:

V4 Development created a visually appealing and user-friendly website for the Monument Avenue Association, capturing the historic charm of Monument Avenue and effectively communicating the Association's mission. The design highlights HMA's dedication to preserving the historic district through a clean, modern layout that includes high-quality images of the area's landmarks and public spaces. The site provides information on protection, restoration, and development efforts, along with guidelines for property owners on architectural changes. It includes resources for new neighbors and details HMA's role in making recommendations to the city's Commission for Architectural Review (CAR).

The website clearly presents HMA's mission statement and advocacy efforts, emphasizing historical preservation and community initiatives. An events calendar and news section keep residents informed about social, civic, and educational activities. The responsive design ensures seamless access across all devices, and intuitive navigation makes information easy to find. Integrated with Wild Apricot Association software and built on WordPress CMS, the website enhances membership management, event registration, and content updates.

The redesigned website successfully reflects Monument Avenue's historical significance while providing a modern platform for residents and visitors. It enhances HMA's ability to advocate for the preservation, restoration, and development of the historic district, promoting community involvement and cultural initiatives.
